1990 MCS AND THE FIRST RFEF ECUP

1990 MCS has participated in the first eSports event as press office of OSL-DeAPlaneta and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).

1990 MCS is the press office of OSL-DeAPlaneta for the management of its media communication strategy. OSL-DeAPlaneta is the exclusive organiser of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF) eSports competitions. eSports are becoming a global trend with an audience of more than 400 million viewers worldwide and more than 5.5 million in Spain.
The communication actions carried out have focused on publicising the competitions held to form the Spanish national team, beside various friendly matches of the national team with the FIFA 20 videogame.
1990 MCS has been responsible for the design and news management of these events, achieving media publications equivalent to an audience of more than 700 million people.
A few years ago, eSports was considered an activity limited to a market segment and brands were reluctant to participate in it. Today, with audiences in the millions, they have become very attractive propositions for global companies and have become investment opportunities. eSports is a growing sector, with a high rate of engagement and which allows a direct impact on a specific age group.
